Employee Spotlight: Henry Evans

Henry Evans, Operations Manager

His smiling face is a common site to many of our clients. Henry Evans, manager of operations, supervises installations and manages our crews. He’s the main contact for many of our clients, plus he’s in charge of training for our installation department.

Henry graduated from Fort Valley State College with a degree in agriculture, so his knowledge of horticulture is well-founded. With a quick look, he can diagnose problems with plants, plus he knows which plants grow best in which locations, what type of care they need and how to set them right from the start.

Henry has personally trained each of our crew members in the proper planting and care of the elements of your landscape. Working in tandem with our design staff, he and his crews expertly install your landscape.

Under Henry’s direction, New Leaf has begun a new service – seasonal landscape maintenance. (See story on this page.) It is a fine addition to the list of services we already provide and many of our clients have been asking for it.

Henry and Steve have worked together for 20 years and they share the same outlook. “It is our goal to provide our clients with quality, integrity, commitment and service,” Steve says. “Henry is an important and vital member of the management team at New Leaf Landscape Services.”
